We have been involved with the design of speculative office/retail schemes for several developers including Percheron Properties and in the adaptation/alteration/extension of existing office accommodation for local Estate Agents, Solicitors and many other Clients.

Offices for FVS Transport, Stockton on Tees

In 1997 we were commissioned to design new offices for F.V.S. Transport Limited in Stockton.

The main office accommodation was sited at first floor level to allow staff and managers a clear overview of the adjacent goods lorry and trailer park and to enable total visual control over incoming and outgoing vehicle movements. The south-facing glazing is shaded by external louvers to reduce solar glare and heat build-up in the summer months. The ventilation system recovers up to 60% of the exhaust heat which is then recycled to reduce heat loss in winter.

In June 2002 a new 760m² two-storey office development was completed for Cleveland Housing Trust at Preston Farm Industrial Estate, Stockton.
